At times, you will also be called upon to organise and run training involving external practitioners or facilities.Īs an experienced trainer, you have a proven ability to carry out Training Needs Analysis, training design and evaluation. Travelling within London and occasionally the UK, including some overnight stays, you will enjoy regular contact with BTP Officers and staff – particularly those working within your division. The role also requires you to assess and evaluate the training delivered to ensure high quality standards are maintained. Divisional trainers make a valuable contribution to the achievement of departmental, divisional and force-wide training targets. The role of a divisional trainer is to prepare, deliver and occasionally design training courses and learning and development activities. ![]()
